How to use (guide)
Cubes/paste: dissolve in 250–500ml hot water per portion, adjust to taste
Liquid: use straight from pack; reduce for stronger flavour
Gravy: pan juices + stock + a little flour/cornflour, whisk and simmer
Risotto: keep stock hot and add a ladle at a time, stirring between additions
