How to use (guide)

  • Cubes/paste: dissolve in 250–500ml hot water per portion, adjust to taste

  • Liquid: use straight from pack; reduce for stronger flavour

  • Gravy: pan juices + stock + a little flour/cornflour, whisk and simmer

  • Risotto: keep stock hot and add a ladle at a time, stirring between additions

Nationwide Delivery

We use a trusted next working day courier service, with your fresh meat carefully packed in insulated packaging and ice packs to keep everything chilled and in excellent condition throughout its journey.

  • Fresh Meat: £15.00 flat rate
  • Dried Goods: £10.00 flat rate
  • FREE Nationwide Delivery: On orders over £75

Dispatch & Delivery Times

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and freshly as possible.

To ensure your meat isn't held in transit over the weekend, orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
