Sliced to order for the perfect chew, it’s seasoned simply so the beef and fat do the talking—deep, nutty and immensely satisfying. Dispatch & Delivery Times

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and freshly as possible.

To ensure your meat isn't held in transit over the weekend, orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
