We take flavourful rump and cut it into generous pieces, then thread onto skewers so they cook evenly and stay juicy. They sear beautifully and work with anything from simple salt and pepper to punchy marinades and sauces. How to cook (quick guide)

  1. Bring to room temp; pat dry and season.

  2. Grill/BBQ: Medium-high heat 8–12 mins, turning often.

  3. Oven: 200°C (fan 180°C) 12–16 mins, turn once.

  4. Air fryer: 190°C 10–14 mins, shake/turn halfway.

  5. Doneness guide (centre): Med-rare ~55°C, Medium 60–63°C, Well 70°C+. Rest 3–5 mins.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and freshly as possible.

To ensure your meat isn't held in transit over the weekend, orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
