How to cook (quick guide)

  1. Pat dry and season (or marinate 30 mins to overnight).

  2. Oven roast: 200°C (fan 180°C) for 35–40 mins, turning once.

  3. BBQ: Start over indirect heat 25–30 mins, finish over direct heat to crisp.

  4. Air fryer: 180°C for 22–28 mins, shake/turn halfway.
    Food safety: Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and the thickest part reaches 75°C.
