Pub-perfect crunch in a shareable tub. Our pork scratchings are made from pork rind cooked low and slow, then blasted hot for that blistered, golden crackle. Lightly seasoned so the porky flavour sings, they’re salty, savoury and dangerously moreish—ideal for pints, platters and snack boards. Resealable tub keeps the crunch going.

Storage & handling

How to cook (quick guide)

  1. Bring to room temp, pat dry, season well (or marinate 30 mins to overnight).
  2. Oven/traybake: 200°C (fan 180°C) 30–40 mins, until lightly browned.
  3. BBQ: Cook over indirect heat 25–30 mins, finish briefly over direct heat.
  4. Air fryer: 190°C 18–24 mins, turn halfway.
    Food safety: Cook thoroughly until the thickest part reaches 75°C and juices run clear. Rest 3–5 mins.
