Product details

  • Breaded chicken strips (goujons), cut from chicken breast

  • Sold chilled or frozen (see label)

How to cook

Oven (from chilled):

  • 200°C (fan 180°C) 14–18 mins on a lined tray, turning once, until piping hot and crisp.

Air fryer (from chilled):

  • 180°C for 9–13 mins, shake/turn halfway.

From frozen:

  • Add 3–5 mins to the above times, or defrost in the fridge and cook as from chilled.

Tip: Space out on the tray/basket—airflow = crunch.

Serving ideas

  • Dipper plate: BBQ, garlic mayo and sweet chilli

  • Wraps: shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and ranch

  • Salad bowl: warm goujons, leaves, sweetcorn and honey-mustard dressing

  • Kids’ tea: chips, peas and ketchup

Storage & handling

  • Keep refrigerated below 5°C (or frozen as labelled)

  • Once opened (chilled), cook the same day

  • Suitable for home freezing; defrost in the fridge and cook within 24 hours

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and freshly as possible.

To ensure your meat isn't held in transit over the weekend, orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
