FAQs
Does the butter leak? A little is normal. Resting briefly helps keep more inside the Kyiv.
Can I shallow-fry it? Oven/air fryer gives clean, even results. If shallow-frying, cook gently and finish in the oven.
What’s the herb mix? Classic garlic, parsley and butter; may include chives/lemon—see label.
Is it very garlicky? Nicely garlicky without being harsh—balanced by butter and herbs.
