Preheat your braai/BBQ until the coals are hot and glowing (or burners medium–high).
Oil the grid lightly or brush food with oil to reduce sticking.
Load evenly; close and lock the grid, then grill, turning as needed.
After cooking, soak while warm and scrub with a nylon brush; dry well.

Will it fit my BBQ?
Most standard kettles and rectangular grills—check you’ve got ≥42cm of grate space.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Hand-wash is best, especially for chrome-plated steel.
Does food stick?
Preheat well and oil lightly; let food release before flipping.
Can I use over open fire?
Yes—great over charcoal or wood embers; avoid direct roaring flames.
