Uncle Beef Ltd endeavours to process and send your order within a reasonable timeframe. Please allow up to seven days once payment has been received, as all products are made to order.
If our supplier is out of stock of any items you have ordered, we will inform you immediately to discuss the options available.
All payments are in GBP. We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal through our website checkout.
If you live within a three-mile radius of our registered business address, DA1 4EF, and spend more than £20, you qualify for free home delivery.
In this circumstance, please email your order to order@unclebeef.co.uk and payment can be processed by bank transfer or using a card payment machine upon delivery.
NB: You do not need to be registered with PayPal — you can pay by card through PayPal at checkout.
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, any cancellation may be subject to the full charge.
Any damage to goods in transit should be reported to the carrier immediately and to Uncle Beef Ltd within 24 hours of receipt.
We always endeavour to ensure our products are of the highest standard. If, however, we have not met your expectations, please let us know and we will gladly arrange a refund for you.
Do not dispose of any product you believe to be faulty — please return it to us, and we will arrange a redelivery or refund.
Any refund requests must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Delivery charges are not included in any refund, and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless otherwise agreed by Uncle Beef Ltd.

The information collected when signing up is used for billing, administration, and product recall purposes only, and will be kept confidential. Contact details will not be shared with third parties.
