Hot fries finisher: Fry/air-fry/oven-bake chips, then season while hot and toss to coat.
Wedges & roasties: Oil parboiled potatoes, add 1–2 tsp per 500g, roast till crisp; finish with a final shake.
Popcorn: Melt a little butter/oil, toss with popcorn and dust to taste.
Wings & veg: Light oil, generous shake, cook till golden.
