FAQs
Is it very salty?
Well balanced—classic salt beef depth without harshness. Add pickles or a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
Shortcrust or puff?
This roll uses puff pastry for flaky layers (see label for butter content).
Can I air fry it?
Yes—180°C for 12–18 mins until pastry is golden and the centre is piping hot. Tent with foil if colouring too quickly.
Best sauces?
English mustard, horseradish cream or a sharp dill pickle relish.
