How to cook (quick guide)

  1. Pat dry and season.

  2. Stir-fry: Hot pan, a little oil; cook 6–8 mins until opaque and lightly browned.

  3. Sauce/curry: Sear, then simmer gently 10–15 mins.

  4. Oven/traybake: 180–200°C for 15–20 mins, turning once.

  5. Skewers/BBQ: 12–15 mins, turning often.
    Food safety: Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and the thickest piece reaches 75°C.
