How to use

Preheat your braai/BBQ until the coals are hot and glowing (or burners medium–high).

Oil the grid lightly or brush food with oil to reduce sticking.

Load evenly; close and lock the grid, then grill, turning as needed.

After cooking, soak while warm and scrub with a nylon brush; dry well.
