FAQs
Do I need to soak the skewers?
Not for oven/air fryer. For BBQ/high grill, a 10–20 min soak helps reduce scorching.
Are they fully cooked?
They’re made from raw bacon—cook until crisp and hot throughout.
Can I add my own glaze?
Yes—brush on near the end to avoid burning.
Mess-free tip?
Use a rack over a lined tray to catch fat and keep spirals crisp.
